THE KÆRTOR FOUNDATION (hereinafter THE FOUNDATION) domiciled in Juana de Vega 12 – 1º, CP. 15003 A Coruña, with CIF G – 70477559 is registered in the Register of Foundations of Galician Interest with the number 2016/8.
The present General Conditions (“general conditions”) regulate the access and use by any person (“user”) of the pages that integrate the web domain http://www.kaertorfoundation.org (“website”), ownership of THE FOUNDATION, as well as the contents and services that are included in them.
Access to this website or its use by the user necessarily implies, without reservation, submission to and acceptance of the general conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that users read them carefully every time they wish to access the website of THE FOUNDATION.
