1. Treatment of personal data
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (“POPD”), we inform you that the personal data and information provided when completing any electronic form available in the portal (“data”) will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by the KAERTOR FOUNDATION (hereinafter, the FOUNDATION). The purpose of processing the data is to proceed with your request. Answers must be provided to those questions marked with an asterisk (*), but responding to the other questions included is optional. If answers are not provided to the compulsory questions, the application will be considered incomplete and THE FOUNDATION reserves the right not to process it further.
2. Commercial communications
In some of the electronic forms you will be asked for your express consent to be able to send commercial communications by any means, including electronic mail or equivalent electronic means of communication, in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 LSSI.
3. Safety precautions
THE FOUNDATION adopts the levels of security required by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st, approving the Regulation of development of the POPD, appropriate to the nature of the data that are subject to treatment at any time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be fraudulent actions by third parties, although THE FOUNDATION places all means at its disposal to prevent such actions.
4. Use of cookies policy
In compliance with the provisions of article 22.2 LSSI, THE FOUNDATION will only use data storage and retrieval devices (“cookies”) when the user has given prior consent according the indications in the browser popup appearing when the user first accesses the portal and in the other terms and conditions that are indicated in THE FOUNDATION Cookies Policy, which all users should have read and accepted.
5. ARCO (Data Protection) Rights
Users may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (“ARCO Rights”) in the legally established terms, by writing to KÆRTOR FOUNDATION (Ref.- LOPD), Juana de Vega 12 – 1, CP. 15.003, or by sending an e-mail to the following address: lopd@kaertorfundation.org, in both cases indicating their name and surname and including a copy of their national identity document.
